RESOURCE MOBILIZATION

Funding & Grants Advisory

Equipping non-profits with the strategic frameworks, donor landscape intelligence, and financial discipline required to secure institutional capital with ABCS (Angelus Business Consulting Services).

DISCIPLINED FUNDRAISING

Beyond One-Off Donations: Building Sustainable Capital

Many dedicated non-profits operate in a perpetual cycle of financial uncertainty, dependent on short-term retail appeals. Moving into institutional philanthropic grants and corporate CSR requires structural readiness.

ABCS (Angelus Business Consulting Services) works with leadership teams to transform compelling field ideas into structured, measurable investment opportunities that institutional grantmakers respect and back.

QUESTIONS

Funding FAQs

Under the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, implementing agencies must have an established track record of at least 3 years in undertaking similar activities, unless the company establishes the entity itself. However, newly formed NGOs can participate as technical partners, execute community pilots, or apply for non-CSR philanthropic seed grants.
Under CSR rules, administrative overheads are strictly capped at 5% of the total CSR expenditure for the project. For other institutional philanthropic grants, donor policies vary between 7% and 15%. We structure budgets to remain compliant with donor limits while covering necessary operational overheads.
